Metamorphisis

In order to capture the height needed for the subject manner I decided to forego anatomy and realism and rely upon simplicity.  The circle located at her belly represents her womb, hence the cycles of life.  The circle located at the top her head is symbolic of her infinite wisdom.
The cocoon is made from glass, a piece blown by Tanya Zaryski.
