2ft long x 1.5ft high
This piece was influenced by a sculpture I bought in Egypt, a place infused with magic and mystery. I wanted to create something that would be a vessel for energy, which could tap into the collective subconscious. To look into the third eye, the viewer becomes part of the piece, and thereby completes it. Every time someone looks into her, there is an exchange of energy. At that moment she becomes alive.
The hollowed out head symbolizes the idea of having an open mind, spacious and infinite. The mirrors protect the viewer, serving to ward off any evil spirits.
